Cold Plates
This is the most simple method of cooling -- direct contact with a
cold plate. Applications include laser diodes, medical
instruments, sensors and detectors. This provides for precise
control and quicker cooling and heating. The units shown have
tapped holes in the cold plate for easy interface to the item to
be cooled. They can even be used to cool liquid reservoirs by
bonding them to the sides of the vessel. |
