Chemical treated pinewood
columns, chords, diagonals etc. are bolted to form a rigid structure.
Slots are accurately machined on vertical columns to hold louvers at
proper angle.
Chemically treated pinewood louvers are slipfit
into the grooves of vertical posts.
Bolt, nut, washers are of M.S. Hot dip galvanised. All nails, screws are
of S.S. bolt nut, washers are optionally provided.
The basin floor is of Marine plywood as per (IS-710) or treated timber.
Bottom supports & side planks of basin are of treated pinewood.
Sealing compound is used for preventing any leakage. FRP basin is also
optionally available.
M.S. Hot dip
galvanised main header & branch pipes are bolted on top of the tower
structure. Piping in HDPE, P.P. PVC FRP coated, S.S. etc. is optionally
available.
Specially designed threaded, non clogging jet
P.P. Spray nozzles are fitted on hot water spray piping. The nozzles are
designed to obtain maximum water break-up (Hence more Surface for cooling)
at low nozzle pressure. The nozzles are spaced and arranged to obtain
uniform spray over entire Cooling Tower area. The nozzles continuously
suck air from surrounding & create air draft into the tower co-current
to water spray. Nozzles of HDPE, Nylon, Brass etc. are optionally
provided.
Ladder, platform with railing, walkway, fittings in case of RCC basin etc. are optionally
available.
