Thank you for repairing/replacing my ozone
generator. You make a great product but even more, you have a
great attitude. I have been in business for myself for 45 years
and I know a great "corporate attitude" when I see one.
I will try to become a better UNPAID salesman for you. Hi, I was sceptical but desperate. Our cats (3 large males and a female) were locked in the finished basement by a sitter, and decided to use the carpets as a litter box. I found you on the web, talked to you on the phone and took a chance. Using the C20 and the Pro 3400 was nothing less than amazing. I followed your instructions to the tee, and it worked. When I cleaned the damaged areas, I drenched them with water and then extracted as much of the cat urine as I could. I was appalled at the amount of peeing these guys had done down here. I treated this with the C20, and as you warned, it smelled worse than the original damage. I ran dehumidifiers and fans, and when it was dry did the ozone thing for 2 four hour treatments over a couple days. No ozone for over a week, and even with the humidity higher in the basement this last week, the smell is gone. Thank you for a great product.
