BUILT IN VOLTAGE
STABILIZER
No extra Stabilizer is required for the
Voltage Fluctuations ranging from 220 V to 280 V as the machine would take care
of Voltage Fluctuations automatically on it's own due to
the built in miniaturized stabilizer fixed into
the machine. The risk of damages to the equipments and its components is
reduced which could arise otherwise due to human mistakes of not fixing Voltages
Stabilizer, in the heavy Voltage Fluctuations.

AND HUMIDITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

Dust blowing from Bank Note Packets
during counting operation by NCMs, and Atmospheric Dust coupled with Heat, Humid
and Salty Weather condition, generally create problems of smooth functioning of
Note Counting Machines and health hazard for the NCM operators in major parts in
India. The Elegant, Inbuilt Dust Management and Heat Dissipation
Systems installed in this machine takes complete care of such problems.

Thanks to the Solid Inbuilt Design
the machine can be used for day-in and day-out applications, continuously
round the clock without any restrictions, pauses, or limits over working hours,
unlike found in other NCMs.

STAMPING DEVICE
After counting process of a pocket
is over, a self inking Rubber Stamp would be automatically affixed on the
surface of the Bank Slip wrapped on the Counted Note Packet, to indicate that
the machine has counted 100 notes. The Rubber Stamped packets need not be
counted at every stage of transit to save efforts, time and money, on repeated
counting.
EXHAUSTIVE AND
INTELLIGENT SELF DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM FOR EASY, SPEEDY AND SELDOM MAINTENANCE:
The self diagnosis System installed in this
machine enables the operators and service Engineers to find out the
faults in case in the machine mal-functions which it turn can ensure quick
maintenance. It indicates whether the different parts and components like
the Rotor Motor, Clamper Motor, Compressor, Batching Device, Stamping Device,
Vacuum Sensor, Limit Switch, Start Sensor, Position Sensor, Count Sensor, Key
Board, Display Board, Buzzer are working ok or not, accordingly quick remedies
can be taken to reduce down time of the machine.
Thanks to the special design, no frequent maintenance is required
unlike other machines and the maintenance of the machine is made extremely easy
by a self Diagnosis System and a Simple User friendly Structure.
